STEROIDS vs. NATURAL: the truth!

How well do steroids really work?

Very well! The following study shows this in impressive fashion. Scientists divided the male participants in 4 different groups.
Group 1: received NO STEROIDS and DIDN’T TRAIN
Group 2: received STEROIDS and DIDN’T TRAIN
Group 3: received NO STEROIDS  and TRAINED
Group 4: received STEROIDS and TRAINED
And guess what happened? The group that received steroids but DIDN’T TRAIN (group 2) gained nearly twice as much lean mass as the group that received NO STEROIDS but DID TRAIN. So you build more muscle mass while taking steroids without training than if you actually train without taking steroids. This shows how good steroids actually work. However, steroids can have serious side effects and therefore they can harm your body pretty bad. This is also the reason why I personally chose to stay natural and I also recommend everyone of you to stay natural. It is just to dangerous and unhealthy to take steroids.[/vc_column_text][vc_single_image image=“4002″ img_size=“400×400″ alignment=“center“][vc_column_text]

Why many tips by steroid users might not work for you!

If you look at the training plan of a steroid user you can often times see the following: they only train a muscle group once per week with extreme high volume. They can do this because their muscle protein synthesis is much longer eleveated after the training session. This is the case because steroids actually boost and prolong the muscle protein synthesis drastically. And the muscle protein synthesis is the main factor that is responsible for making lean mass gains. If you train without taking steroids the amount of time until it is over with the muscle protein synthesis is much shorter. Typically it only takes 24-72 hours in natural athletes until the muscle protein synthesis in the trained muscle is at basal levels again. This is also the reason why a higher training frequency typically works better in natural athletes.[/vc_column_text][vc_column_text]

Only one example

This is only one example of why a certain thing that a steroid user does isn’t optimal at all for a natural athlete. Therefore don’t take every advice from a steroid user if you chose to stay natural. The chance that the advice is not good or rather not optimal for you is very high![/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row]
